专利摘要:
The invention relates to an opening and closing system, in particular for furniture parts, with at least one electrical sensor (18), which can act on an electromechanical drive unit (22a) such that an actuator (13, 14, 16) with mechanical energy storage (14) at least a first part (1, 29) moves relative to at least one second part (2, 34). A locking mechanism (12) can be unlocked for the prevention of relative movement by means of the electromechanical drive unit (22a), upon release of which the mechanical energy store (14) causes the relative movement while releasing its stored energy. The advantage is that this provides a much simpler, more robust and less expensive (in production and maintenance) opening and closing system is provided because a complex control of the electric drive unit by means of position sensors deleted, and also the electric drive unit is operated only briefly and thus the opening process only initiates and does not cause the closing process, which is energy-saving by hand by the user, which brings long operating periods especially with battery operation.

description
OPENING AND CLOSING SYSTEM, ESPECIALLY FOR FURNITURE PARTS
The invention relates to an opening and closing system, in particular for furniture parts such as drawers, doors, rotary, swivel and sliding doors, flaps, etc., according to the preamble of claim 1.
Opening systems for furniture parts have already become known in the prior art in the form of touch-latch systems, as disclosed for example in DE 101 57 754 A1. Such touch-latch systems have the disadvantage that they must have an undesirable front gap of at least about 5 mm, so that the opening mechanism can be actuated by pressure on the furniture front. This front gap of about 5 mm is undesirable because it is on the one hand visually disturbing and on the other can lead to contamination in the interior of the furniture part, or an additional seal between the furniture front and the furniture body to prevent contamination must be provided, resulting in additional Costs leads. Such a seal must be provided for example in the prior art, if the furniture part has a cooling and / or warming function, such as a refrigerator or an electric cooker.
With the DE 20 2004 007 168 U1 an ejector for a movable furniture part, in particular door or drawer, already disclosed, with a pusher and an electric drive unit for this shock device, wherein the drive unit by pulling and / or pressure on the Shock device on the furniture front, namely the door or the drawer, can be triggered.
By this train or pressure on the furniture front, in particular the door or the drawer front, for example, a proximity sensor is activated within the furniture body, which gives a signal to the engine designed as an electric drive unit for the thrust device, so that these shock device from the Ejector is ejected in the direction of furniture door and then open this furniture door automatically. The non-contact proximity sensor is therefore responsive to a manually induced pull or pressure at any point on the closed door and activates the ejector. For this, of course, in the case of pressure in the closed end position of the door a little game for caused by the pressure exerted by the user movement of the door in the direction of the ejector, ie in the closing direction provided. If the movable furniture part is a drawer, the ejector may act on the back of the drawer or on a protruding part of the drawer front panel. Furthermore, instead of the electric motor as a drive unit for the jar of the ejector, a solenoid (solenoid) may be provided, which is not further disclosed in its further embodiment and arrangement. Furthermore, it is provided that the drive unit can be supplied with power by means of a power store, preferably a battery, arranged in the ejector. In addition, a damper function, i. H. a dissipation (energy conversion) of the residual kinetic energy of the door in the vicinity of its closed end position, be effected.
Disadvantage of this opening device of DE 20 2004 007 168 U1 is that the thrust device of the ejector is designed as a relatively complicated trained, multiply telescoping sleeve part, and also an electrical control of the electric motor by means of four position sensors (LED's) is provided, which Increased electrical and software costs. Furthermore, it is disadvantageous that the motor must also be actuated when closing the door or the drawer, so that from this an increased energy consumption, as well as increased wear of the engine follows.
Overall, therefore, a relatively complicated and costly designed opening device is disclosed with DE 20 2004 007 168 U1.
With the DE 296 21 527 U1 a refrigerator and / or freezer is disclosed with a door for closing the refrigerator and / or freezer compartment, wherein a trigger element and a means for 1/19 Austrian Patent Office AT12 564U1 2012-07- 15 opening the door are provided, and after the actuation of the trigger element, the door opens automatically.
The ejector for the refrigerator door can be triggered by applying pressure to the door, wherein the shock device can be driven by an electric motor. This electric motor can in turn be controlled via a voice recognition circuit, for example by a voice command "door open". The impact device is in turn designed as a multiply telescoping sleeve device whose individual parts are sealed to one another. In the closed state, the refrigerator door is equipped by a locking means device in the form of a spring-loaded ball, which engages in a corresponding recess. However, this locking means itself is not solvable and lockable by means of motor power. Disadvantage of this embodiment is again that this is relatively constructive and expensive in terms of cost, in which case additionally added a seal of the parts of the telescopic ejection to each other.
JP 2003003746 discloses a similar opening device for a door, such as the first-mentioned DE 20 2004 007 168 U1, wherein sensors for controlling the motor are also present here.
The motor drives after touching a touch sensor to a fixed spindle on which a nut is longitudinally displaced in a sleeve-shaped ejector against the force of a spring, wherein the ejector is guided in a guide sleeve and is supported on the door to be opened. The mother is now so long promoted by a motor against the spring until it has built a predefined spring tension, which is necessary for a sudden opening of the door. This makes it possible for a relatively slow and low powered motor to store its energy in the spring and then release that energy abruptly to the door to be opened at relatively higher power and speed. The ejector can be moved forward and backward by the motor. The disadvantage here again is the relatively complex and costly construction with a spindle, a rotationally driven and controlled by position sensors engine. Another disadvantage is that the engine has a high energy consumption, since by the engine, the spring must be tightened before the door open and also the return of the ejector to its initial position is also done by the engine. A storage of kinetic energy when closing the door by the user is not provided.
Object of the present invention is therefore to provide an opening and closing system, in particular for furniture parts, according to the prior art in such a way that this is much easier and cheaper in design, manufacture, installation, repair, maintenance and operation.
To solve the tasks set serve the features of claim 1.
Advantageous developments of the inventions are the subject of the dependent claims.
It is essential that when pressing on the movable furniture part at least one sensor, an electrical signal to a control unit, d. H. a signal processor and a controller, which control unit converts this signal and releases a locking mechanism. Characterized the Abdrücker is unlocked, which is independent of the electrical device, and thus allows the opening of the furniture part at least over a section.
The advantage here is that no visually disturbing handle must be present, which also represents a risk of injury to the user, also the front gap itself can be almost zero and thus contamination of the interior of the furniture part can be prevented. Another advantage over the prior art is that a very simple and inexpensive embodiment is present, with regard to the manufacture, assembly, maintenance, repair and operation, whereby the life of the opening and closing system according to the invention, in particular for furniture parts, compared to the prior Technology is substantially increased. Instead of a complex, electrically controlled electric motor as a drive unit for the thrust device of the ejector, z. B. according to DE 20 2004 007 168 U1 and JP 2003003746, is now provided according to the invention that the ejector can be unlocked via a simple electromagnet and can be driven via a passive mechanical energy storage, which passive energy storage during closing the furniture front (door or drawer etc.) stored by the user kinetic energy in potential energy stores, which in turn is then available for opening the furniture front. The retrieval of this potential energy of the energy storage takes place here via a lockable and lockable locking mechanism, the unlocking now according to the invention is carried out electrically by an electromagnet, for example via a solenoid, similar to a Wag-ner'schen hammer a bell device.
The opening of the furniture front is therefore according to the invention by particular pressure (but or by train) on the furniture front, whereby a sensor (touch sensor or non-contact sensor) is actuated, whereby a signal is passed to an electronic control unit, and from this a control signal to the electrical locking mechanism, in particular in the form of a solenoid is passed, so that the locking mechanism is unlocked and thus the energy storage can act unimpeded on the ejection element and thus can move this in the opening direction in the direction of the furniture front, whereby the furniture front itself from the furniture body is lifted and opens with it.
The closing process is just not the other way round, as in the prior art, so that hereby an energy saving, as well as a conservation of the electrical locking mechanism, which this has a much longer life. If now the furniture front is closed and pushed in the direction of the furniture body, it comes into contact with the ejector element, which is now pushed back under load of the energy storage back to initial position, so that the energy storage by conversion of kinetic energy in potential energy back to the original state and with it charges. Now, if the ejector and the energy storage element in its initial position, in turn, the locking mechanism is activated and held the ejector in its original starting position in the retracted state (closed state). This re-locking can be done on the one hand via the electromagnet of the locking mechanism, possibly via the sensor activated, or purely mechanical, z. B. on the pushing back of spring-loaded detent balls through the cone of a rosette, so that then lock the locking balls behind the bevel rosette in turn in a groove and fixed there. An unlocking can in turn be done only via the electrical locking mechanism.
Reference will now be made to the nature and design, and positioning of the sensor, the control unit, the locking mechanism and the Abdrückers itself, which can vary widely and thus in this regard, the present invention should not be limited.
As sensor, a single sensor may be used, but preferably also two sensors per furniture part or more sensors may be present, so as to provide a higher security for the operation of the furniture front, on any area of the furniture front. However, it is always important that when the front of the furniture part is pressed, at least one sensor registered this to allow the opening process with certainty.
The position of the sensor or the sensors can also vary in large areas, namely, for example, the arrangement of the sensors between a fixed and a movable furniture part, such as between the furniture body and the drawer or the door or indirectly or directly between the carcass rail and the drawer rail, in particular in the front or rear area of the furniture part. Furthermore, the position of the sensors within the guide, in particular between the carcass rail and the drawer rail, be provided in the rear region of the furniture part. Furthermore, as a position of the sensors, the one place may be provided which is otherwise used as a front buffer, namely between the furniture front and the furniture body, in particular on the back of the door leaf or the drawer front. As a further position of the sensors can be provided that these are arranged on or within a sealing lip between the furniture body and the furniture front, on the carcass or on the front. Furthermore, the position of the sensors may be provided in a special layer of the furniture front, in particular embedded in the front itself. As a further embodiment of the position of the sensors, these may be provided on the front surface.
Another, not preferred variant of the position of the sensors is when the sensors are not in the furniture part, ie in the body or furniture front, are arranged, but in another part of the installation of the furniture, z. B. within another part of a kitchen, such. B. on a countertop.
As a further arrangement of the position of the sensors can be provided, then these can be arranged on one side or both sides, for example, centrally or punctually or in terms of area or in relation to the rail guides, or a combination of the aforementioned types of arrangement.
As a type of sensors is claimed in the present invention that they may be formed as a pressure sensor, in particular as a piezoelectric element, but also as a proximity sensor with capacitive, inductive, optical or acoustic (ultrasonic) mode of action, or as an infrared sensor, or as a conventional switch.
The mode of action of the sensors can therefore be done both with the user's touch, but also without contact, so that only an approach to the switch without direct contact contact can be registered by the user and thus a triggering of the ejector via the locking device. Thus, for example, an approach to, for example, 1 cm can be registered by the sensor and possibly triggering of the ejection element by unlocking the locking device. This distance value may possibly be adjustable.
It should also be provided that an acoustic triggering of the sensor takes place, for example by voice or noise detection, z. B. by clapping in the hands of the user or by voting, for example, a defined audio frequency or sound intensity, z. By a whistle or by calling a word, e.g. "Open ".
Also, a response of the sensor by an infrared remote control should be covered in the context of the present invention. Furthermore, it is provided in the context of the present invention that a detection of a false triggering of the sensors is taken into account, for example, when cleaning the furniture front by a cleaning cloth, which in particular by the arrangement of at least two sensors, which are spatially separated from each other. A contamination on the furniture front can be taken into account, so that even here an undesirable false triggering is avoided.
As properties of the sensor and / or the processing of the signals of the sensor by the signal processing various parameters can be factory set or else be adjustable by the fitter and / or end user. So z. For example, the triggering path for the sensor may be adjustable, e.g. between values of about 0.1 to 1 mm, but also an adjustment of the release force, e.g. between, for example, 0.1 and 10 N, typically 5 N, or a setting over time, for example a time window of about 1 to 5 seconds.
If a pressure or train on the furniture front by the user within these predetermined parameter window, the sensor results in an electrical signal to the signal processing and control unit on, which then triggers the locking unit.
Of course, the parameter window can only be defined in the signal processing and control device, so that the sensor always emits a signal when pressure or train on the furniture front and only then takes the decision in the signal processing and control device, whether a wanted or unwanted operation is present. The signal processing and control unit may be present within a block or else two separate blocks may be present from each other. These units receive the electrical signal from the sensor either by electric cable or by radio signal, so that in the latter case then the costly cabling can be omitted.
The power supply of the sensor via batteries or rechargeable batteries, but in particular with a low energy voltage of 12 or 24 volts, which were previously brought via a transformer of mains voltage 220/230 volts to 24/12 volts.
It can be provided per piece of furniture, a single control unit, but it is also inventively provided in particular that in a whole furniture line, such as a fitted kitchen, only a single signal processing and control unit is provided, so that then the individual drawers and Doors can be synchronized with each other and thereby a collision with each other can be avoided or an overload of the furniture part, for example, when drawers are loaded with heavy content and a withdrawal of several or all drawers should be avoided.
The arrangement of the signal processing and control unit in the furniture part or within the furniture row or the entire kitchen should be freely selectable, so that it can also be arranged centrally near a mains supply.
The control signal which is output from the signal processing and control unit to the locking mechanism to cause unlocking or locking, in particular via electrical cables, but can be done in another embodiment of the present invention via wireless radio (Bluetooth) or but also via an infrared signal (IR).
The basic operation of the signal processing and control unit is that it releases the locking mechanism for the drawer or door or the ejector when the sensor sends a signal with a defined period of time, so when the front is pressed for a certain time by the user , so z. B. between 0.1 to 5 seconds. This avoids that the drawer or the door of the furniture part is opened unintentionally, such. Example, if someone accidentally butts against the furniture part or a cleaning of the furniture surface takes place. This time window (sensitivity, time delay) could be adjustable by the consumer, but in a simple embodiment can be predetermined by the manufacturer. The beginning of the time window corresponds to a tripping delay and the length of the time window is then adjustable by the fitter or the end user.
In another embodiment, the locking on such a time window is controllable, which is particularly advantageous during the closing of the drawer.
The signal processing and control unit can be used simultaneously as a barrier for other furniture parts, if an already open furniture is present and as long as this remains open, then other furniture parts could remain locked for opening.
With regard to the design of the locking mechanism, in turn, several possibilities are provided in the context of the present invention. So z. For example, the locking element may be in the form of a rosette known as a purchased part, with a conical head, followed by a ring-like collar of smaller diameter, followed in turn by a cylindrical collar of larger diameter. This rosette is inserted into a counterpart, whereby a locking takes place via spring-loaded balls, which then engage in the annular collar of smaller diameter detent and thus there is a firm, but releasable connection between rosette and counterpart. The spring-loaded balls can be pulled radially over an electromagnet from the engagement region of the annular collar of smaller diameter of the rosette, so that there is an unlocking.
However, as a locking mechanism, e.g. be provided a snap hook, instead of the known rosette. This locking hook can be spring-loaded and controlled by an electromagnet.
The arrangement of the locking mechanism is preferably in the rear region of the drawer, such. For example, the first locking element may be disposed on the body or the trunk rail, the second locking element, e.g. the rosette, but on the drawer or the decor or the drawer rail, mounted centrally or on one side. The first locking element here corresponds to the counterpart to the second locking element, wherein the first and second locking element together result in the locking mechanism.
The locking mechanism may also be e.g. be integrated in the automatic pull-out mechanism of the drawer slide.
At least one locking mechanism is preferably used per piece of furniture, however, two or more may be possible, which are then released synchronized, so be unlocked. The locking could then be synchronized.
The function of this locking mechanism is in particular electromechanical for unlatching or loosening and in particular purely mechanically for locking, but in other embodiments can also be done electromechanically for locking and unlocking.
In particular, the locking of the drawer or the movable furniture part with the furniture body or with the fixed furniture part, when the locking mechanism is locked and no current flows, so that there is a mechanical lock. If the locking mechanism is to be unlocked, a brief current flow must take place.
When unlocking, in particular the second locking element, e.g. the rosette, pushed out of the first locking element (for example, counterpart to the rosette) and thus slightly opened the furniture part, but accomplished by a much smaller amount than then the follower itself.
The pusher consists of i.a. an energy storage and is a purely mechanical part, so has no electrical elements such as a motor or a Elekt-rospule.
The strength of the spring can be adapted to the furniture part, e.g. for light or heavy drawers or so that the furniture part only over a partial route or can be opened completely.
For example, a spring, in particular a coil spring, is used as the energy store, but in another embodiment of the present invention it could also be an elastomer (rubber) or else take place via a gaseous medium (for example air). Also, the energy storage itself could include a lock, as well as in particular the drawer / the door or a part of the Abdrückers or ejector.
The particular designed as a compression spring spring is located in a housing for stabilization between the housing bottom and piston rod, wherein the piston rod is temporarily in contact with a stop.
It may also be a spring-damper system, so that the delivery of the potential energy of the energy store is then damped, i. E. regulated, done so that the furniture front is not opened suddenly, but just harmonious with slow speed. The spring and the damper are in particular mounted parallel to each other and this spring-damper system could also be made adjustable. The spring-damper system can be provided both for the opening movement and for the closing movement or else only for one of these movement processes.
The arrangement of the Abdrückers (ejector, energy storage) is preferably between movable and fixed furniture parts, such. B. integrated in the guide, preferably in a multi-functional part at the front, free end of the drawer rail, where alternatively or additionally, a damper can be used or a touch-latch element or a 6/19 Austrian Patent Office AT12 564U1 2012-07-15
Automatic retraction.
The number of Abdrücker is arbitrary, but at least one bead breaker per furniture part should be provided, possibly, two per drawer and in particular one per side or drawer slide.
The pusher may also be integrated in the aforementioned locking mechanism in another embodiment of the present invention, so that then the locking mechanism and the pusher form a structural unit, whereby less space is required. Furthermore, an energy store can be arranged separately in / on the bead breaker or from the bead breaker and can be connected to it by means of connecting means.
In principle, the arrangement of the electrical elements is chosen so that the wiring is minimal, so that it is not disturbing to the end user and thus the cables due to the opening and closing of the furniture part is not in danger of being damaged. Possibly. the wiring can be omitted and instead a radio link between the individual electrical components, such. B. between sensor and signal processing / control unit and / or between signal processing and / or control unit and locking device done.
Instead of cables and a metal foil or a guide rail could be provided on the rear wall of the furniture part or the drawer. In a further development, the conductivity of the metallic drawer guide, so the drawer rails and possibly rollers between the rails can be exploited, so that an electrical wiring is then unnecessary.
In the following the invention will be described by way of example with reference to the accompanying figures and the several embodiments shown there, from which further advantages and features, as well as application forms can be removed.

Carcass with door in half-open position FIG. 10: Top view of FIG. 9.
Figure 1 shows a perspective view of a first embodiment of the opening and closing system according to the invention in the form of a drawer 1, which is housed within a furniture body 2 and is extendable to this in the extension direction 31 and in this furniture body 2 in the insertion direction 32 retractable ,
The drawer 1 itself consists of two side drawer walls 3, which with a 7/19 Austrian Patent Office AT12 564U1 2012-07-15
Drawer bottom 4 are connected, which is connected to a front bezel 5, and a rear drawer rear wall. 6
The body 2 of the furniture part consists of two lateral carcass side walls 7, and an associated body rear wall 8, wherein the covering top plate and the covering bottom plate of the body are not shown here.
FIG. 2 shows a top view of FIG. 1 with the closed drawer 1, FIG. 3 shows the plan view of FIG. 1 with the drawer 1 open.
Between the drawer rear wall 6 and the carcass rear wall 8, the opening and closing system 9 to 12 and 18 according to the invention is now arranged, with the exception of the ejector 13 itself, which is located in the front area of the drawer between the drawer side wall 3 and the carcass side wall 7 is, according to the figures 2 and 3.
The opening and closing device according to the invention therefore includes a control unit 9, which is connected via a power cord to the power grid 10, as well as a further electrical cable 11 with the locking mechanism 12, as well as the electrical cable 19 with the sensors 18, the are located on stops 24 which are fixed to the cabinet side walls 7. Between the back of the drawer 1, namely the drawer rear wall 6 and / or the rear end of the drawer side wall 3, and the sensors 18 in the closed state of the drawer 1, a sensor gap 37 is present, which must be at least partially bridged to trigger the sensors 18, characterized in that a user presses on the front 5 of the drawer 1.
The ejector 13 is arranged in this example on the drawer rail (not shown) and lays on the furniture body 2, for example here on the carcass rail (not shown) via the stop 17 at.
The ejector 13 consists of a plunger 16 which is received in a housing 15 and spring loaded via the spring 14 on the stop 17 on the carcass rail (not shown) applies.
In Figure 2, the front gap 33 can be seen, which has a very small distance between the front 5 and the body 2, which distance can be substantially less than in the prior art, preferably less than 2 mm.
If now pressed by the user on the front panel 5 and thus the front gap 33 bridges, so approach the two drawer side walls 3, the two sensors 18 on the stops 24, whereby the sensor gap 37 is reduced and thereby the sensors 18, an electrical signal via the cable 19 to the control unit 9, which in turn passes on the cable 11 an electrical command signal for unlocking an electric drive unit 22a in / on the locking mechanism 12, which then releases the second locking element, here the rosette 21, from the first locking element 22 , so that subsequently the energy of the energy accumulator 14 (spring) is given to the plunger 16, which pushes away from the body fixed stop 17 and the drawer 1 is then ejected in the extension direction 31 from the body 2 until the state of Figure 3 is reached. The drawer can then be further pulled by hand from the furniture body, if the extension length should not be enough.
In summary, in FIGS. 1-3, the ejector 13 is arranged in the drawer 1 (preferably in the drawer rail), the stop 17 on the body 2 (preferably in the cabinet rail). The sensors 18 are installed in the back of the body 2 (each at an angle 24), which come into contact with the rear wall 6 of the drawer 1 when pressed on the front 5. The control unit 9 is fixed in the body 2, and connected via a transformer (230V to 24V) to the mains. The first locking element 22 with el. Drive unit 22a is also fixed to the body 2, the second locking element, here the rosette 21, is mounted on the rear wall 6 of the drawer 1. The advantage is that no wiring on the movable furniture part (drawer 1) must be provided. FIGS. 4 and 5 show the plan view of an alternative embodiment of FIGS. 1 to 3, with a mechanical reversal of the attachment of the control unit 9 and the locking mechanism 12, so that the second Locking element, here the rosette 21, is now on the body rear wall 8 and the cooperating first locking element 22 with el. Drive unit 22a is located on the back of the drawer rear wall 6, as well as the control unit 9. Furthermore, in Figures 4 and 5 in that on both sides of the drawer 1 between the drawer side wall 3 and the body side wall 7 there is one ejector 13, so that a smaller dimensioning of the spring 14 is possible, or a greater ejection force in the ejection direction 31 can be achieved.
Advantage of the first embodiment according to Figures 1 to 3 is that the control unit 9 can remain connected to the power grid 10 and thus no decoupling takes place to this, as must be done in the second embodiment of Figures 4 and 5. In FIGS. 4 and 5, a separation of the control unit 9 from the power supply is therefore necessary, as can be seen in FIG. 5 when the drawer 1 is extended. If, according to FIG. 5, the drawer 1 is retracted into the furniture body 2 in the direction of insertion 32, a connection between the control unit 9 and the power supply 10 takes place by electrical means so that the situation according to FIG. 4 is again achieved and a renewed extension of the drawer 1 is made possible , The electrical connection between the control unit 9 and the power grid 10 is therefore via a detachable electrical connector (not shown).
In summary, in Figures 4 and 5, two bead depressors 13 are arranged in the drawer 1, preferably in the drawer rail, not shown, one per side, and the stops 17 are on the body 2, preferably in the body rail, not shown. The sensors 18 are installed at the rear of the rear wall 6 of the drawer 1 or drawer rail (not shown), and are in contact with an angle 24 on the body 2 and with the carcass rail (not shown). The control unit 9 is fixed to the rear wall 6 of the drawer 1, and connected via a transformer (230V to 24V) to the mains. The first locking element 22 with el. Drive unit 22a is fixed to the rear wall 6 of the drawer 1, the decor (not shown) or in the drawer rail (not shown), the second locking element, here the rosette 21, is on the body 2 or in the Carcass rail (not shown) mounted (or could even be integrated in the carcass rail: a tongue as a rosette is punched in the carcass rail). Advantage: conductive elements (rail, steel rear wall) can serve as cables. Disadvantage: when the drawer is opened, the control unit / mains connection should be disconnected, otherwise a long cable is necessary.
Figure 6 now shows a further alternative embodiment of the present invention, wherein the locking mechanism 12 is now arranged in the space between one of the drawer side walls 3 and one of the cabinet side walls 7 and the control unit 9 is located on the underside of the drawer bottom 4.
Furthermore, it is shown that the Abdrücker 13 with associated stop 17 in comparison to the figures 1 to 5 experienced a mechanical reversal, so that the stop 17 is now attached to the drawer side and the presser 13 is attached to the body side.
Furthermore, it can be seen that the control unit 9 has a battery 23, via which the power supply of the control unit 9 and the electrical components connected thereto electrical drive unit 22a of the locking mechanism 12 and sensors 18 takes place.
In summary, in FIG. 6, the ejector 13 is arranged on the carcass 2 or the carcass rail (not shown), the stop 17 in the drawer 1 or drawer rail (not shown). The sensors 18 are arranged on the front 5. The control unit 9 is arranged under the drawer bottom 4 and supplied with batteries 23. The first locking element 22 with el. Drive unit 22a (not shown) under the drawer bottom or on the drawer rail, the second locking element, here the rosette 21, on the body 2 and the carcass rail (not shown). FIGS. 7 and 8 now show a further alternative, particularly preferred embodiment of the present invention, with the positioning of the opening and closing system according to the invention within the rail system 27 to 29 of the drawer 1 This rail system 27 to 29 includes a body rail 29 fastened to the furniture body 2, on which a middle rail 28 is displaceably mounted longitudinally, on which in turn a drawer rail 27 is disposed longitudinally displaceable, to which the drawer 1 is fastened. Roller carriages or rollers (not shown) are optionally provided between the respective rails 27 to 29.
Figures 7 and 8 show for better clarity, the guide rails, detached from the attachment to the furniture body or to the drawer.
Figure 7 shows that in the front part of the front panel 5, the cover 13 is again, here, for example, within a multi-function carrier 38, which at the front, free end of the drawer rail 27, the front panel 5 is facing attached. This Abdrücker 13 strikes against the stop 17 and can there after the release of the locking mechanism 12 then support and extend, causing the drawer 1 is extended from the body 2.
Between the rails 27-29 is an automatic retraction 26, which is particularly effective at the end of retraction of the drawer 1 in the body 2, which automatic retraction 26, which also acts as a first locking element 22, then for example on the drawer rail 27 attached tongue 25 is locked (as a second locking element), so that the drawer 1 is held in the furniture body 2. At the rear, free end of the drawer rail 27, in particular on the body rear wall 8, a sensor 18 is mounted, which in turn is connected via an electrical cable 19 to the control unit 9, which is electrically connected to the network 10, and via the electrical cable 11 with the locking mechanism 12 (partially integrated in the automatic retraction 26), so that a complex rosette 21 and a complex locking element 22 according to the figures 1 to 6 can be omitted.
In contrast to Figure 7, Figure 8 represents a lower mold of Figure 7, wherein the wiring 19, 11 is omitted between the control unit 9 and the sensor 18, since the signals are transmitted by radio. Furthermore, a battery 23 is arranged on the control unit 9 on the carcass rail 29 in Figure 8, which provides the power supply for the opening and closing system according to the invention. Furthermore, the sensor 18 is arranged on the carcass rail 29, which emits a signal for opening to the control unit 9 when approaching or touching a stop 30 on the drawer rail 27. The sensor 18 could also be arranged on the drawer rail 27 and the stop 30 on the carcass rail 29th
By pressing the front panel 5 by a user therefore a pressure on the drawer rail 27 is given, wherein the pressure is then applied to the sensor 18 and there triggers an electrical signal, which electrical signal is then applied to the control unit 9, which in turn electrical control signal to the automatic retraction 26 and the locking mechanism 12 are for unlocking the tongue 25, so that then the Abdrücker 13 can press on the drawer rail 27 on the carcass rail 29 and thus the drawer 1 is extended from the body 2, in the extension direction 31st
The embodiments according to FIGS. 7 and 8 are therefore very cost-effective, since the opening and closing system according to the invention is integrated within the already existing rail system 27 to 29, so that some components and their assembly work in comparison with the embodiments of FIGS. 6 can be saved. These embodiments are advantageous for the kitchen manufacturer or installer, since the assembly cost is low.
In summary, in FIGS. 7 and 8, the automatic retraction mechanism 26 with integrated locking mechanism 12 is arranged on the carcass rail 29. The locking takes place with the tongue 25 on the drawer rail 27. The drawer rail 27 or the stop 30 attached to the drawer rail strikes against a sensor 18, which is attached to a body-fixed part. which is not drawn, or on the carcass rail 29. The control unit 9 is arbitrarily arranged. The ejector 13 is located in the multifunction part 38.
Finally, Figures 9 and 10 show a further variant of the present invention, with a furniture body 2 on hinges on pivoting door part 20, wherein the entire opening and closing device 9, 12, 13 and 18 according to the invention in the front, upper Area of the furniture body 34 is arranged.
On the underside of the lid 35, the components of the opening and closing system according to the invention are arranged in series, namely the control unit 9, the locking element 22 and the el. Drive 22a of the locking mechanism 12, and the presser 13. On the side wall 36 of the Corpus 34 is then arranged in the transition region to the lid 35, a sensor 18 which is designed in particular as a proximity switch or pressure sensor.
The rosette 21 as a counterpart for the locking element 22 of the locking mechanism 12 is in this case mounted on the door 20 itself.
The order of the elements 9, 12, 13 and arrangement can vary within wide ranges, as well as the arrangement of the sensor 18th
The electrical connection to the power grid 10 is achieved via an electrical cable, which is advantageously hidden on the underside of the lid 35 of the body 34 and guided protected and is led out of the back of the body 34.
In summary, in Figures 9 and 10, the ejector 13 in the body 34, in particular the upper edge of the body 34, or arranged in the lateral body wall 36, wherein the door acts as a stop. The sensor (s) 18 are arranged on the lateral body edge, preferably several are provided on the edge of the body 36. The control unit 9 is located in the body 34, and is connected to the mains. The locking element 22 with el. Drive 22a is located in the body 34, the rosette 21 on the inside of the door 20th
For all embodiments of Figures 1-10 is that the closing process itself can be done purely mechanically, d. H. the furniture part 1, 20 is closed manually and the locking mechanism 12 locks itself automatically. For this purpose, the user needs some closing force to tension the spring 14 of the Abdrückers 13 back against the opening direction 31 in the closing direction 32, as well as in the prior art, the touch-latch principles.
In another embodiment, the closing operation can also be controlled by an electric motor, so that the advantage is achieved that the user does not have to tension the spring 14 by hand.
In this case, a combination between purely mechanical closing operation and electromotive closing operation may be provided, so that the user must first overcome a certain way of the drawer 1 and the door 20 during the closing of manual force, and thus the spring 14 is slightly biased until then an electric motor takes over the further closing operation with further tension of the spring 14 of the Abdrückers 13, up to the fully closed state.
The arrangement and the properties of the electric motor can be taken from the known prior art. 11/19 AT12 564U1 2012-07-15 Austrian
